Pactive offers energy modeling services by optimizing the energy performance of the building from its pre-design to the final stage. We ensure the model is simulated with accuracy and complies with ASHRAE 90.1. Our energy models are created using IES-VE software which is an approved simulation software by LEED and other Green Certifications.
